Information you choose to share
The request form collects your name, email address, phone number, location, selected service, and relevant vehicle details. Optional notes are sent with your request. These details are used to respond to your request and arrange service.
Location permission
Location is requested only when you select “Use My Current Location” and grant browser permission. You may enter a location manually instead. To calculate a quote, your address or coordinates are sent to our server and its geocoding provider (Google Maps) to resolve an address. Towing quotes also use the provider to calculate driving distance. Location and quote details are forwarded to the business when you send a service request.
As you type an address, partial address text is sent through our server to Google Places to suggest matches. You may choose a suggestion or enter the full address yourself. Suggestions are not stored by this website.
City map background
The homepage initially displays Austin as our service area, not your detected location. It does not use your network address to choose a city or request GPS access on page load. When you select a pickup using the location button or an address, the map switches to that city or area. The area is sent to Google to load the map image; the background does not show an exact pickup marker or determine your service price. No map location is stored for future visits.
Quote details on your device
The quote flow uses browser session storage to keep your service details available when you move to the request form. Drafts expire after 30 minutes and are removed after a successful request. Closing the browser tab clears its session storage. You can use the forms even if browser storage is unavailable.
Request delivery
When you submit an online request, our email provider processes your details to send a notification to Services@unlockpro247.com and a request copy to the email address you supply. These are service emails, not marketing subscriptions. The form shows a confirmation after the provider accepts the request emails for sending; inbox delivery may take time or fail if an address cannot receive mail. Requests may be retained in business email and provider delivery records. To prevent duplicate sends, the website also stores request identifiers, a hash of request details, and delivery status in Amazon DynamoDB. These records contain no contact details or message body and are scheduled for deletion after seven days; deletion may take additional time. The website does not create a customer account.
Email This Request opens a draft in your own email app. You must send that draft yourself; this fallback does not trigger an automatic customer copy from the website.
Website operation
This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting and request processing providers may handle technical information necessary to operate the service, such as network addresses and request logs.
Questions about your information
Use the contact page to ask about information you submitted, including access or deletion. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your service request.
